About this role

Kindeva is a global pharmaceutical CDMO that combines life enhancing drugs with state-of-the-art inhalers. This temporary Analytical Chemist role at the Loughborough site involves working as part of a team testing and developing new inhalation pharmaceutical products. The company manufactures and packages pharmaceutical and medical products in various forms.

Key responsibilities include carrying out analytical testing compliant with GMP regulations, delivering to plan on time in full. The role requires delivering robust data and outcomes in a fast, flexible environment with a strong focus on right first time. This includes promoting a safety first culture.

You will raise and report any safety incidents and complete Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) closures on time in full. The team values conscientiousness, flexibility, and a proactive approach, with the ability to work either with supervision or unsupervised. Good organisational and time management skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Experience in pharmaceutical product testing (preferable).
  • Testing of pressurised metered dose inhalers (preferable).
  • Good understanding of GMP and GLP.
  • Knowledge of Analytical Chemistry and its practical application.
  • Working knowledge of Analytical instrumentation (HPLC/UHPLC, GC, MS, spectroscopy).
  • Strong verbal and numerical aptitude skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with supervision or unsupervised.
  • Good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out analytical testing compliant with GMP regulations, delivering to plan on time in full.

  • Perform analytical testing using HPLC/UHPLC, GC, MS, and spectroscopy instrumentation.
