As a Senior Chemist, you will lead the development of innovative adhesive and material solutions for camera modules and advanced electronic applications. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in adhesive, coating, or electronic material development.
Strong technical knowledge of polymer chemistry, formulation science, or organic synthesis.
Proven experience in product development, experimental design, and root-cause problem solving.
Demonstrated ability to lead R&D projects and successfully transfer technologies from laboratory to manufacturing.
Experience with camera module materials, high-reliability adhesive systems, or consumer electronics applications is highly preferred.
