About this role
As a Senior Chemist, you will lead the development of innovative adhesive and material solutions for camera modules and advanced electronic applications. You will drive product development from concept to commercialization while solving complex technical challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You will drive the optimization and commercialization of products, supporting the transition from development to manufacturing. You will solve complex technical challenges through scientific and data-driven approaches to improve product and process performance. You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams to drive scale-up activities and deliver customer-focused innovation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in adhesive, coating, or electronic material development.
- Strong technical knowledge of polymer chemistry, formulation science, or organic synthesis.
- Proven experience in product development, experimental design, and root-cause problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to lead R&D projects and successfully transfer technologies from laboratory to manufacturing.
- Experience with camera module materials, high-reliability adhesive systems, or consumer electronics applications is highly preferred.
