You will take responsibility for individual contributions to achieve team deliverables, working effectively as a team member. Follow standard procedures to complete tasks of varying scope and complexity within agreed timeframes. Identify and solve moderately routine problems while completing assignments with general supervision.

Maintain laboratory compliance by accurately interpreting and evaluating data for precision and trends. Perform, document, and troubleshoot qualitative or quantitative assays using standard and advanced techniques. Conduct testing for semi-finished and finished goods, validation samples, and record results promptly.

Ensure work is reviewed for accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards, recommending corrective actions when necessary. Train and support less experienced analysts, serving as a mentor. Manage personal time and professional development, being accountable for results.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of laboratory equipment, testing, and techniques
  • Basic math and computer skills, such as data entry
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task across various projects and activities
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction
  • Proficiency in computerized systems such as Laboratory Information Management System
