This on-site role at the Bangalore Development Center manufacturing facility focuses on polymer dye synthesis and related manufacturing processes in Production-Operations. The company is compliant with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, MDSAP, and Beckman Coulter corporate Quality system requirements.
Work in the Manufacturing Operations Team handling metal catalyst reactions, C-N and C-C coupling reactions, and air/moisture sensitive reagents across temperatures from -78°C to higher. Perform purification of organic compounds using column chromatography and other separation techniques. Synthesize organic fluorescent dyes suitable for Flow Cytometry applications.

Requirements
- M.Sc. in Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/Biochemistry or related discipline
- 3-5 years experience
- Demonstrate ability to be flexible and resourceful
- Polymer chemistry and Conjugation chemistry knowledge
- Hands-on experience with HPLC/UPLC/GPC/TFF/Spectrophotometer/Fluorimeter and Automated purification system
Responsibilities
- Handle metal catalyst reactions
- Perform and optimize C-N and C-C coupling reactions
- Handle air/moisture sensitive reagents and perform reactions at temperatures from -78°C to higher
- Purify organic compounds using column chromatography techniques and other separation techniques
- Conduct organic synthesis of fluorescent dyes suitable for Flow Cytometry applications
