Execute minor tests like pH, osmolality, viscosity, KF titration, spectrophotometry, particle size, and major tests including dissolution, HPLC/UHPLC, GC per LSNE-León procedures. Perform experimental parts of analytical method validations and transfers following protocols. Participate in developing and optimizing analytical methods experimentally and documentally.

Record experimental work in required formats according to LSNE-León procedures and review documentation before submission. Resolve routine laboratory equipment incidents. Collaborate with Quality Control on standards, reagents, columns, sample management, maintenance, calibration, verification, and lab order/cleanliness.

Requirements

  • No prior experience necessary
  • Ability to follow LSNE-León work procedures for analytical testing
  • Knowledge of minor tests including pH, osmolality, viscosity, KF titration, spectrophotometry, particle size
  • Knowledge of major tests including dissolution, HPLC/UHPLC, GC
  • Familiarity with analytical method validation, transfer, development, and optimization
  • Proficiency in laboratory documentation and review
  • Skills in routine lab equipment troubleshooting
  • Experience with lab standards, reagents, and sample management typical in pharma analytical development

Responsibilities

  • Execute minor tests (pH, osmolality, viscosity, KF titration, spectrophotometry, particle size) and major tests (dissolution, HPLC/UHPLC, GC) according to LSNE-León procedures
  • Perform experimental part of analytical method validations and transfers following established protocols
  • Participate in development and optimization of analytical methods experimentally and documentally
  • Record experimental work in all required formats per LSNE-León procedures and review before delivery to superior
  • Resolve routine incidents with laboratory equipment
  • Collaborate with Quality Control on control of standards, reagents, chromatographic columns, lab materials, and Analytical Development samples
  • Collaborate with Quality Control on maintenance, calibration, and verification of lab instrumentation
  • Participate in general management, order, and cleaning of analysis laboratory and train intern personnel
