QC Chemistry Lab Technician III

About this role

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Medical Technology, Biology or equivalent science degree with <2 years pertinent experience
• High School Diploma with 2+ years combined experience in Manufacturing, QA, QC, R&D in pharmaceutical or biologics industry
• Maintains certifications as needed for assigned job tasks
• One (1) Year of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing chemistry lab or similar laboratory experience (preferred)
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills; Experience with LIMS, QMS and Trackwise preferred
• Experience working in a GMP regulated environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs test methods as written to support product/material release
• Performs a multitude of laboratory techniques for which trained with minimal error
• Maintains a safe work environment for themselves and others in accordance with procedural requirements
• Implements and maintains GMP with respect to laboratory records, procedures and systems
• Accepts responsibility to complete assigned tasks as committed
• Revises procedures as necessary and provides support for department
• Supports investigations
