About this role

If you have a passion for scientific discovery and a drive to make a real-world impact, we want you on our team. Do you dream of being part of a growing research team focusing on expanding our existing product portfolio to include innovative new solid support for solid-phase synthesis? You might be our new senior scientist in R&D Research at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech in Køge.

As our new Polymer Scientist, you’ll be a key player in pioneering new materials and technologies that will shape the future within resin development. You will become a critical part of our project team, taking ideas and concepts from early-stage development all the way through to final product launch. Experience with large scale synthesis is essential.

You will design and synthesize novel polymers, develop and optimize formulations for scalability, and translate lab-scale processes to pilot and full-scale production. Characterize polymer properties using advanced techniques like spectroscopy, chromatography, microscopy, light scattering, and thermal analysis. Work with cross-functional teams to transform research into commercial products.

On the personal level, you are a strong team player, stay focused, detail oriented, self-driven, and independent. You have a strong quality mindset, positive can-do attitude, innovative, curiosity driven, and value co-creation and knowledge sharing. Prepare technical reports and presentations to showcase findings.
