The Quality Control Chemistry Lab Analyst performs routine and stability chemical analysis for products daily according to approved methods. This role ensures results meet specified limits under the QC Finished Products Section Head.

Daily tasks include executing testing procedures, issuing Certificates of Analysis, and reviewing results for finished products against out-of-trend limits and stability trends using BIOST@T. Report out-of-specification results immediately to the Chemical Lab Head and QC Manager. Supervise sampling of finished products in full compliance with GLP and SOPs.

Collaborate with coworkers and section heads in Microbiology, raw and packaging materials, and Excellence & support. Utilize, calibrate, and maintain QC equipment per local SOPs. Coach new team members to perform analysis correctly according to Sanofi guidelines.

Prepare and update SOPs and methods of analysis as required. Ensure all activities comply with safety measures and HSE policy. Perform stability testing, validation tasks, and special assignments from the QC Manager or Section Head.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
3+ years’ experience in related positions, preferably in multinational setup
Very good written and spoken English
Good communication and presentation skills
MS Office user
Project management mindset
Familiar with new instrumental analysis techniques
HSE appropriate knowledge

Responsibilities

Perform all necessary testing procedures and issue Certificates of Analysis, ensuring results are within approved limits using valid methods
Review obtained results for finished products against out-of-trend limits and stability results against BIOST@T
Immediately report out-of-specification test results or batch deviations to the Chemical Lab Head and QC Manager
Supervise sampling of finished products in full compliance with GLP and per SOP instructions
Perform stability testing and assigned validation analysis tasks
Utilize, calibrate, and maintain QC equipment in the Chemical Lab according to local SOP
Prepare relevant SOPs, update methods of analysis, and follow up on updates
Supervise and coach new team members to ensure they perform analysis correctly per Sanofi guidelines
