About this role

As Analytical Chemistry Specialist, you will perform testing and support R&D in sustainable crop nutrition and biocontrol.
Day-to-day involves performing and documenting analyses on development samples, finished products, raw materials, and field samples. You will interpret results, deliver timely reports, and conduct nutritional analysis for internal R&D and customer trials. Develop and validate new chemical assays to meet regulatory and quality needs.
Collaborate with R&D to troubleshoot formulations and test new product concepts. Provide technical troubleshooting for manufacturing teams and training for colleagues on methods and equipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant laboratory environment while supporting ISO 9001 compliance.

Requirements
- Expertise in analytical testing of agricultural biosolutions including raw materials and field samples
- Proficiency in developing, qualifying, and validating chemical assays
- Experience with nutritional analysis for R&D and trials
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 compliance, instrument verification, and quality procedures
- Skills in stability studies and SOP writing/updating
- Ability to troubleshoot formulations and provide manufacturing support
- Familiarity with laboratory operations, equipment maintenance, and inventory management
Responsibilities
- Perform and document analyses on development samples, finished products, raw materials, and field samples
- Interpret results and deliver accurate, timely reports
- Conduct nutritional analysis for internal R&D and customer-facing trials
- Develop, qualify, and validate new chemical assays to support development, regulatory, quality control, and patent needs
- Conduct routine QC analysis of raw materials and finished goods
- Perform ongoing and accelerated stability studies
- Maintain laboratory equipment, perform repairs, and ensure operational readiness
- Provide training for colleagues on analytical methods, SOPs, and equipment use
