Support routine bioanalytical testing of samples from cell-line development, in-process, process development/characterization, forced degradation, release & stability, and pre-formulation. Opportunities include method development/optimization, workflow optimization, and template development. Each contribution advances therapies that benefit patients.

Day-to-day involves high-throughput pre-formulation, pre-qualification, robustness, or admixture testing, plus results processing and documentation following methods, protocols, and procedures. Manage samples and monitor controlled temperature units while adhering to laboratory safety and hygiene procedures. Work in an empathetic environment committed to making a difference.

Grow through training in molecular biology and immunoassay testing amid biologics analysis for monoclonal antibodies and therapeutic proteins. Utilize techniques like HPLC/UPLC, SEC, IEX, CE-SDS, and ELISA. Align values with a team dedicated to innovative clinical advancements.

Requirements

  • BA/BS with 3-5 years or MS with 1-2 years of relevant experience in analytical chemistry or biologics testing lab
  • Separations experience for large molecules or plate-based assay experience
  • Experience analyzing biologics including monoclonal antibodies and/or therapeutic proteins using HPLC/UPLC, Protein A Titer, SEC, IEX/AEX/CEX, RP, HIC, CE-SDS, cIEF, ELISA (HCP, proA), binding potency assay, qPCR, basic molecular biology techniques, or high-throughput liquid handling systems (Tecan, Bravo)
  • Basic instrumentation troubleshooting
  • Ability and willingness to train in molecular biology and immunoassay testing
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams)

Responsibilities
