Requirements

Degree in analytical chemistry, food science or related
Fresh graduates welcome to apply
Experience in the infant formula/nutrition industry highly preferred
Chemistry laboratory testing technology and instruments such as IC, GC, Titrator
Business partnership and collaboration
Ability to challenge the status quo and propose improvements
Accountability and adaptability

Responsibilities

Test raw materials, in-process, utility, and base powder samples in a timely manner to meet TAT according to established test methods and quality requirements
Maintain the chemistry lab according to GLP, GDP, GMP, and ISO17025
Support root cause analysis for OOS, deviations, atypical results, and invalid results investigations
Support method verification, validation, global analytical method harmonization, method transfer, and implementation
Perform basic cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments
Maintain current, complete, legible notebooks and laboratory records in compliance with good laboratory practices
Maintain inventory of QC materials such as reagents, chemicals, and consumables to support testing
Use GLIMS laboratory data management system to manage data and retrieve results for trending and investigations
