Kindeva Drug Delivery is a global pharmaceutical CDMO that combines life-enhancing drugs with state-of-the-art inhalers. The Loughborough site manufactures and packages pharmaceutical and medical products in various forms as part of a contract manufacturing organisation.

This temporary role focuses on the testing and development of new inhalation pharmaceutical products. The position involves analytical testing of pressurised metered dose inhalers within a successful CDMO environment.

Work occurs as part of a team responsible for pharmaceutical product testing under GMP regulations. The setting emphasises a safety-first culture while operating in a fast, flexible environment with attention to right-first-time outcomes.

The role supports ongoing training and development opportunities. Employees are encouraged to maintain a positive approach to personal growth while contributing to CAPA closures and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

  • Experience in pharmaceutical product testing is preferable.
  • Testing of pressurised metered dose inhalers is preferable.
  • Good understanding of GMP and GLP.
  • Knowledge of Analytical Chemistry and its practical application.
  • Working knowledge of Analytical instrumentation; HPLC/UHPLC knowledge is desired.
  • Computer literate with familiarity in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and numerical aptitude skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with supervision or unsupervised as required.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out analytical testing compliant with GMP regulations, delivering to plan on time in full.
  • Deliver robust data and outcomes whilst working in a fast, flexible environment with a strong focus on right first time.
  • Promote a safety first culture and environment across all laboratory activities.
  • Raise and report any safety incidents as required by site procedures.
  • Complete Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA) closures on time in full.
