Requirements

  • Experience with size exclusion chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, capillary isoelectric focusing methods
  • Knowledge on Empower is required
  • Strong problem-solving and instrument trouble-shooting skill
  • Strong understanding of GMP regulations
  • Ability to write and review SOPs and technical reports
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Supports protein/antibody products by applying a variety of GMP analytical methodologies.
  • Performs experiments, data processing, and presents results to internal departments and in technical reports.
  • Communicates scientific findings and provides status updates on assigned tasks in one-on-one discussions and project team meetings.
  • Contributes to laboratory functions including ordering, organization, chemical and equipment monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Conducts size exclusion chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, and capillary isoelectric focusing analyses.
  • Utilizes Empower software for data acquisition, processing, and reporting.
  • Troubleshoots instruments and applies strong problem-solving skills to analytical challenges.
  • Maintains GMP compliance while writing and reviewing SOPs and technical reports.
