Requirements
- Experience with size exclusion chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, capillary isoelectric focusing methods
- Knowledge on Empower is required
- Strong problem-solving and instrument trouble-shooting skill
- Strong understanding of GMP regulations
- Ability to write and review SOPs and technical reports
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Supports protein/antibody products by applying a variety of GMP analytical methodologies.
- Performs experiments, data processing, and presents results to internal departments and in technical reports.
- Communicates scientific findings and provides status updates on assigned tasks in one-on-one discussions and project team meetings.
- Contributes to laboratory functions including ordering, organization, chemical and equipment monitoring, and maintenance.
- Conducts size exclusion chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, and capillary isoelectric focusing analyses.
- Utilizes Empower software for data acquisition, processing, and reporting.
- Troubleshoots instruments and applies strong problem-solving skills to analytical challenges.
- Maintains GMP compliance while writing and reviewing SOPs and technical reports.
