R&D Engineer - Polymer Engineering

We are hiring on behalf of a leading producer of Composite Polymeric Materials in the GCC, a company at the forefront of innovation and industry excellence. The R&D Engineer will be responsible for researching, designing, and developing new polymer based products for various applications, particularly in the construction and infrastructure industries.

This position involves working closely with the engineering team to enhance existing products and develop innovative solutions. Day-to-day tasks include designing polymer-based products for construction applications and conducting research and testing to improve product performance and sustainability.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to develop and optimize product formulations. Responsibilities also cover evaluating physical properties of materials and polymers, along with providing technical support for production teams and external stakeholders.

Opportunities include identifying improvements in product development processes and staying up-to-date with the latest research and trends in the industry. This role supports technical documentation development, including specifications and test protocols, fostering continuous innovation.
