Day-to-day involves conducting theoretical and experimental research, performing polymer synthesis, characterization, and performance evaluation. Analyze and interpret data, then communicate insights to technical and business stakeholders. Contribute across multiple R&D programs from concept through application.

Grow into a technical leader by supervising and mentoring junior team members, publishing in scientific journals, and presenting at conferences.
