Eurofins is seeking a detail-oriented HPLC / UPLC Analytical Chemist to support bioanalytical testing of protein and small molecule therapeutics. This role suits candidates with strong chromatography experience who can operate independently in a regulated laboratory environment.

The position involves performing analytical testing using RP-HPLC, RP-UPLC, and UV-Vis spectroscopy. Daily work includes preparing samples, standards, and reagents with minimal supervision while executing routine testing and maintaining compliant documentation.

Work takes place in a cGMP-regulated lab supporting the world’s leading organizations. The role requires accurate record-keeping in LIMS, routine instrument maintenance, and adherence to established laboratory organization and operational standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related scientific field (or equivalent experience)
2–6 years of hands-on analytical chemistry experience with HPLC/UPLC
Experience with chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Experience with iCE (imaged capillary electrophoresis) preferred
Familiarity with CEX (cation exchange chromatography) or similar separation methods preferred

Responsibilities

Perform analytical testing of protein and small molecule therapeutics using chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques
Operate and troubleshoot instrumentation including RP-HPLC, RP-UPLC, and UV-Vis spectroscopy
Prepare samples, standards, and reagents for analysis with minimal supervision
Execute routine testing and ensure accurate, compliant documentation of results
Perform routine and monthly maintenance on analytical instrumentation
Support laboratory organization and day-to-day operations
Adhere to cGMP guidelines and maintain accurate records in LIMS
