Design and synthesize peptides using solid-phase peptide synthesis techniques including Fmoc and t-Boc chemistry. Apply cutting-edge technologies and automation tools to improve synthesis efficiency and peptide quality.

Purify and characterize peptides using HPLC, LC-MS, MALDI-TOF and other analytical techniques. Troubleshoot synthesis and purification challenges while implementing effective solutions to maintain high standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research, development and production scale-up. Maintain accurate documentation of experiments, protocols and results throughout all project phases.

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and quality standards in every aspect of peptide work. The role supports ongoing innovation in medicinal chemistry at Amneal Pharmaceuticals.

B. Pharm required
M. Pharm preferred
5-8 years of relevant experience
