Principal Scientist I/II - Synthetic Chemist / Project Coordinator - Remote

We seek a Principal Scientist I or II - Synthetic Chemist as a full-time FSP employee on long-term remote assignment.

The role sits in the External Capabilities group within Small Molecule Process R&D. It provides operational support and technical guidance for outsourced projects with external CDMO partners to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Some flexibility is needed for off-hours work with overseas partners, like evening emails or discussions.

This position is mostly remote with on-site visits in Rahway, NJ when necessary. Parexel FSP's CMC Operations group supplies talented professionals to pharmaceutical companies for new therapy development. We keep patients at the center in an inclusive community.
