Maintain a high level of expertise through familiarity with scientific literature. Use strong communication, both verbal and technical, and interpersonal skills to communicate objectives and results. Apply scientific rigor and creative solutions to challenging drug discovery problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years’ experience
  • Master’s Degree and 6 years’ experience
  • PhD and 2 years’ experience
  • Excellent track record in tackling drug discovery challenges through organic synthesis
  • Strong communication (verbal and technical) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create inclusion and model diversity in team management
  • Skill in developing talent through coaching on performance and potential
  • Proficiency in empowering teams by aligning goals and removing barriers
