Manage assigned lab work requests and projects, including weekly timeline and planning. Understand formulation and reformulation components to solve internal and external customer issues. Provide data-driven insights for diagnostics and resolution in manufacturing, application, and formulation.

Summarize test data in spreadsheets, reports, and presentations with recommendations for next steps. Support sales, marketing, and supply chain through reports, presentations, and customer interaction. Represent Research and Development while working effectively with cross-functional groups including quality control and pilot plants.

Conform to all site and laboratory safety requirements, participating in safety programs, audits, and meetings. Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Background in chemistry/polymers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using SAP preferred
