Synthesize new chemical entities, perform medicinal chemistry data analytics, and design compounds to test hypotheses. Embed fully in a project team with accountabilities in meetings, brainstorming, and cross-discipline interactions. Match with an experienced scientist for project support and success.

Handle accurate notebook recording, reaction setups, simple workups, thin layer and flash chromatography, basic NMR and mass spec interpretation, and safe lab practices. Gain exposure to medicinal chemistry problem-solving, structure-activity relationships, high-throughput experimentation, and parallel synthesis methods.
