Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Chemistry or a closely related field
  • Demonstrated commitment to undergraduate education
  • Evidence of effective teaching and mentorship
  • Ability to establish a viable, undergraduate-centered research program
  • Teaching experience in organic chemistry lectures and laboratories
  • Evidence of successful supervision or mentorship of undergraduate researchers
  • Strong foundation in organic reaction mechanisms, synthesis, spectroscopy, and analytical instrumentation
  • Skilled in delivering engaging lectures and labs with evidence-based teaching practices
