As an Associate Scientist in Medicinal Chemistry, you play a critical role in discovering life-changing scientific innovations.
Independently plan and execute assigned experiments that support routine research activities and project goals. Select appropriate methods and techniques in performing experiments. Suggest new compounds for synthesis based on recent SAR.
Collaborate with supervisory personnel to develop routine research methods. Participate in group meetings, present results of work, interpret data, and draw conclusions. Work with minimal supervision on projects of moderate to complex scope.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience
- Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
- Degree in Chemistry preferred
- Advanced level of understanding of project goals and methods
- Ability to select appropriate methods and techniques for experiments
- Skills in data analysis and ability to evaluate quality of data
- Experience recommending alternatives and researching new methods and techniques
