Requirements

  • Expertise in analytical chemistry techniques
  • Knowledge of radiochemical analysis methods
  • Proficiency in spectroscopic and chromatographic instrumentation
  • Experience with laboratory testing and data interpretation
  • Familiarity with quality assurance in regulated environments
  • Ability to handle radioactive and hazardous samples safely

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of radioactive materials
  • Develop and validate analytical methods for chemical testing
  • Operate advanced instrumentation in independent laboratories
  • Perform testing to support engineering and inspection services
  • Analyze samples to ensure utility assets perform safely and reliably
  • Generate reports on analytical findings for life cycle management
  • Maintain laboratory safety and quality protocols for hazardous materials
