About this role
Eurofins is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bioanalytical Chemist to support the analysis of protein and small molecule therapeutics. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on analytical experience who are comfortable working independently while maintaining high-quality standards in a regulated environment.
In this role, you will perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of protein and small molecule therapeutics. You will run instrumentation independently including LC, iCE, CGE, pH, and UV-vis spectroscopy, and prepare standards and samples with minimum supervision. You will also perform monthly maintenance of laboratory equipment and other laboratory support activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline (or equivalent relevant experience).
- 2–6 years of hands-on bioanalytical or analytical chemistry experience.
- Experience operating chromatographic and spectroscopic instrumentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a laboratory environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.
- Understanding of regulated laboratory environments (cGMP) and strong documentation skills.
- Experience with iCE, CEX, and compendial assays (USP/EP) preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of protein and small molecule therapeutics.
- Run instrumentation independently including LC, iCE, CGE, pH, and UV-vis spectroscopy.
- Prepare samples for analysis and run instrumentation with minimum supervision.
- Prepare standards and samples for analysis.
- Perform monthly maintenance of laboratory equipment and other laboratory support activities.
- Apply knowledge of cGMP and LIMS to ensure compliance in laboratory operations.
- Document and report analytical data in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving instrumentation issues.
