Join a collaborative, cross-functional team on the frontlines of pharmaceutical innovation. Develop and optimise synthetic routes for some of the most challenging molecules in drug development. Conduct lab-scale experiments while supporting scale-up activities.
Collaborate with analytical scientists to define and meet compound specifications. Engage with global teams to bring chemistry from bench to production. Present work in cross-site project reviews and contribute to technology transfer documentation.

Requirements
- PhD (or equivalent) in synthetic organic chemistry or a related field
- Postdoctoral or industrial experience is a plus
- Strong track record in developing synthetic routes to complex molecules
- Experience with peptides, oligonucleotides, or ADCs is preferred
- Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of synthetic chemistry
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
- Meticulous documentation and reporting habits
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities
Responsibilities
