Principal Scientist I/II - Synthetic Chemist / Project Coordinator

The Principal Scientist I or II - Synthetic Chemist position is within the External Capabilities group in Small Molecule Process R&D. It provides operational support and technical guidance for outsourced projects within external CDMO partners to ensure on-time, high quality delivery.

This role involves working as a full-time employee of Parexel FSP on long-term hybrid assignment for a client. Some flexibility is required to work remotely with overseas partners in another time zone during off hours, such as checking emails or discussions in the evening. The position is mostly remote with on-site needs in Rahway, NJ when necessary.

Each team member contributes to developing therapies that benefit patients, taking work personally with empathy. Parexel FSP includes the CMC Operations group, providing qualified technical professionals to pharmaceutical companies.
