You alternate between theory phases at Hochschule Darmstadt and practice phases at the company. In theory phases, you learn all theoretical contents in engineering and plastics technology. In practice phases, you deepen your university knowledge and apply it directly in real projects at RENOLIT.

You get to know various departments and their processes closely, including Research & Development, Technology, Maintenance, Production, Purchasing, and many more. This provides insight into the full spectrum of operations in polymer engineering. The environment fosters hands-on involvement across the organization.

You work actively on diverse topics and projects, taking on responsibility from the start. The program offers high takeover quota and chances for abroad stays at RENOLIT sites. Individual further training opportunities support long-term growth in plastics specialization.
