Cambridge, US · Full-time · $45,000 – $60,000
About this role
At Lila Sciences, you will work at the intersection where world-class teams are coming together to achieve one dream - scientific superintelligence. Your day-to-day work - creating samples, running experiments, and generating high-quality data - will feed directly into closed-loop optimization campaigns that accelerate our chemistry pipeline.
You will work hands-on with the synthesis team to drive high-throughput analytical studies for small molecules. Perform HTE spectroscopic and chromatographic analysis (IR, NMR, LC, MS) for reaction samples, uncover mechanistic insights, and collaborate with AI-driven workflows enabling real-time learning cycles.
Lila Sciences is building Scientific Superintelligence™ to solve humankind's greatest challenges. We combine advanced AI models with proprietary AI Science Factory™ instruments into an operating system for science that executes the entire scientific method autonomously.
This co-op offers the chance to push the limits of high-throughput chemical analysis in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. You'll contribute to accelerating discovery at unprecedented speed, scale, and impact across medicine, materials, and energy. You will be part of a team that moves with startup speed while tackling problems of historic importance.
Requirements
