As Process Development Chemist, assist in creating or revising processes to increase production and meet semiconductor customers' specifications. Improve standardization of existing products for reproducibility and enhanced First Pass Yield. Focus on the semiconductor industry to elevate quality standards.

Create, modify, and maintain standard operating procedures for existing products, modifications, and new products. Identify and resolve problems or customer complaints to improve quality and technical issues. Requirements

Knowledge of process development in the semiconductor industry
Experience improving product standardization and First Pass Yield
Proficiency in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures
Ability to identify and resolve technical problems and customer complaints
Background in chemical process optimization
Familiarity with analytical techniques for process evaluation
Understanding of reproducibility in chemical manufacturing
Skills in DOE and statistical analysis for yield improvement

Responsibilities

Collaborate on quality improvements using statistical process control
