About this role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Polymer Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will optimize manufacturing processes, conduct material testing, and support production operations. Experience in the rubber or automotive industry is an added advantage.

Day-to-day responsibilities include optimizing polymer manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. You will conduct material testing, analysis, and performance evaluation. Troubleshoot and resolve production-related technical issues as they arise.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements in all activities. Coordinate closely with Production and Quality teams to maintain product standards. This collaborative environment supports high-quality output.

Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation of processes and test results. Leverage strong polymer knowledge to drive process improvements. Contribute to ongoing production success in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Polymer Engineering or Chemical Engineering
2-4 years of relevant industry experience
Experience in the rubber or automotive industry preferred
Strong understanding of polymer materials and processing techniques
Knowledge of material testing standards and quality control procedures
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Familiarity with industrial safety standards
