About this role

As an Analytical Chemist/Scientist in the Process R&D team, you will play a critical role in the development, optimization, and characterization of polymer- and carbohydrate-based materials. This hands-on laboratory role involves designing and executing advanced analytical methods to generate high-quality data. Translate complex results into actionable insights supporting new product development and process optimization.

You will plan, execute, manage, and report complex analytical experiments with a high degree of independence. Apply advanced methods to understand molecular weight, structure, purity, and performance of carbohydrate-based polymers. Evaluate, develop, and implement new analytical techniques as project needs evolve.

Work closely with R&D scientists, Regulatory colleagues, and production sites on global development projects. Collaborate across sites to ensure analytical excellence throughout the innovation lifecycle. The role is based primarily on-site with occasional remote work possibilities.

Join a collaborative, innovative, and science-driven team to achieve greatness and make real impact. Contribute to a dynamic research environment combining scientific depth, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of analytical projects. Your potential drives our inspiration in advancing biomaterials.
