Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of GMP-regulated formulation and process development experience.
- Experience scaling products from lab to commercial manufacturing.
- Experience authoring validation documentation.
- Practical, hands-on approach to scale-up and manufacturing.
- Strong technical writing, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented problem solver who can manage multiple projects and troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues using scientific and data-driven methods.
Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and validate innovative formulations by creating new products, improving existing ones, and qualifying raw materials.
- Scale product and process development from laboratory formulation through pilot-plant and full-scale manufacturing, including process validation.
- Ensure development work meets cGMP and regulatory standards by maintaining thorough technical documentation and supporting audits and submissions.
- Support the creation, evaluation, and scale-up of innovative, compliant packaging solutions and own all packaging specifications.
- Collaborate across teams to strengthen products and processes by applying scientific and statistical tools and driving continuous improvement.
