Anton Paar develops, produces, and distributes highly precise measuring instruments and automation and robotics solutions worldwide. As Head of Product Competence & Applications, you lead a team of product and application specialists and technical writers. You act as a key interface with product management, R&D, sales, and customers worldwide.

Provide operational leadership and continuous development of the Product Competence team. Develop and maintain the applications roadmap in close coordination with Product Management and international Sales. Participate in product launches and strategic support for the market positioning of new technologies and solutions.

Collaborate closely with R&D and Product Engineering in product development and lifecycle management. Offer technical support and application consulting for international customers and sales subsidiaries. Engage in active exchange with global subsidiaries to strengthen international product expertise.

Requirements

Completed technical or scientific degree (e.g. Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Technology)
Proven leadership experience in a technology-driven environment
Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Solution-oriented, structured, and results-driven working style with a high degree of initiative and resilience
Excellent communication skills and confident interaction with interdisciplinary stakeholders
Strong presentation skills and experience in creating technical content for sales and customers
