Requirements

  • Experience with purification methods including HPLC and automated normal phase chromatography
  • Skilled in compound characterization using NMR spectroscopy
  • Knowledge of parallel and combinatorial synthesis approaches
  • Ability to design analog libraries for lead optimization
  • Competence in preparing technical reports and quantitative analyses
  • Strong presentation skills for multidisciplinary project teams
